I’m calling you out…yes you…

And I’m doing it with love.

If you’re waiting to finish certifications, your website, your logo, business cards, etc., etc., etc., before you start marketing and putting yourself out there and start being visible…

You are doing a disservice to yourself and the world for that matter.

Because the world is waiting for you and it’s not going to stop and wait for perfection.

In fact, your ideal client isn’t looking for perfection – they’re looking for someone to inspire them.

Someone to show them…
-> That perseverance is real and even when life gets hard, there are people who pull through and can show them the way…
-> Just how connected all of us truly are and how being unique is exactly what is needed, because after all that’s how they were drawn to you and your work
-> That there are people who walk their talk and use their experiences to change the world…

So again, I say this with love…

If you’re not showing up, if you’re not being visible, if you’re waiting for everything to be perfect before you step into your greatness, and if you’re waiting for someone else to pave the way (when you’re the trailblazer)…

Then you’re doing a disservice.

And I know it’s easy for me to stand on this side of the email and tell you this…I mean who am I to call you out?

I’m the one who was hiding, who was trying to get everything in order before starting my coaching business, who kept my gifts and strategies to myself or within the comfort zone of giving it away for free…

I’m the one who didn’t walk their talk for years and couldn’t even gain the courage to get on video to speak, or who had opinions and kept them all to myself trying to be the “nice girl,” and “the compromiser,” rather than taking a stand for what I truly believed in…and what I truly wanted.

So, what did I start doing differently. Well first off, I took a long hard look at what I was currently doing in my business and found the gaps. I was doing a lot of work, but much of it wasn’t forward moving. So I set a big goal and gave myself 3-months to achieve it and then I broke it down into daily steps and stuck to them.

Next, I started practicing gratitude every single day. I started with a list in the morning, I shared my gratitude with others and I ended the day with gratitude prayers of what they day brought to me.

I got a coach…a good one too! I found one that helps me focus on my biggest problem area and together we work through those blocks weekly and because of that I’m a better coach and my clients are taking off with their businesses. All because I first invested in myself and filled up my cup so I could turn around and help them fill up theirs as well.

I’ve found out what I’m amazing at and areas I need to work on. I’ve got a talent for lead generation, helping others gain massive visibility and find their perfect soul mate clients.
