These qualities are even better if they’re cemented into a strong foundation. If there are cracks in the foundation, they’ll be exposed as you’re grow and if not taken care of, your whole “house” will crash and burn.

How do you create a strong foundation in your business? There are 3 things you can do…

–> Write out a powerful mission statement – what is it you do and who do you help.
–> Write out 5 business core values – these are the guiding principles that dictate behavior and action in your business (and will keep you on the right path and help you fulfill business goals).
–> Write and know your ideal client (you can create up to 3 but I suggest starting with 1) and know them like the back of your hand
